This paper analyses the ethical impact of the biotechnological research - chiefly the germinal genetic therapy. I think that the most important effort in the bioethics' is to maintain a bipolar approach (theorethic and pragmatic) in the analysis of the biotechnological problems. The analysis has been made considering a value the historical dimension of the DNA (in the genetic evolution of population). The instruments of work are the consequences of the DNA manipulations in the equilibrium of biosphere, in order to found an ethical theory connected with the reality of biological dynamics.
